An extract from Abregé de la chimie. Following the date of 1636 is "a Paris chés Pierre Blaise rue S. Jaques prés St. Yves." First section consists of 11 chapters (p. 1-13) on alchemy and the elements. Section beginning on p. 14 has heading "Dequelle partie est Composée cette medicine generale du mondes." Final section is on minerals and precious stones.
