Manuscript is a Hindu astrological work employed to make predictions about events in human lives drawing on readings and calculations of the movements of planets and other heavenly bodies as they move into the various astrological houses (bhāvas). This text represents adhyāyas 1-2 of a larger work and attributed to the ancient author/sage named Jaimini.
