Palm leaves with wood covers, tying cord, and silver button. 5.75 x 2.5. 8-12 lines Collected by Casey Wood: no. 234G Comments by Dr. Perera: Astrological text, similar to 7140, 7141, 7144. The smaller length of these texts is because the shorter part of the leaf was used to make them (the longer part being reserved for Buddhist texts) Paper note attached to ola reads: "61 ff. 10-9 lines, 5.75 x 2.5. Poleman 7119. Note in pen on the inside of one kamba board reads: "Ola with crude drawings of a fish, tiger, and elephant to illustrate yantras. Ca. 1680 A.D. Blacker library. CW label found in Archivex box reads: "Small ola having zoological interest with 12 drawings, including crude figures of a fish, tiger, and elephant to illustrate yantras and mantras. The cover is old, the ^silver^ button & cord new, but after ancient models. Ca. 1680 A.D. Donated to the Blacker library
