Sinhalese script. 32 ff. Palm leaves with decorated, lacquered wood covers, tying cord, and brass button. 7.5 x 1.9. 5-8 lines. Charts and diagrams. M (Museum) 266A (Casey Wood number) Collected by Casey Wood: no. 266-A Comments by Dr. Perera: Charms, one diagram on last folio. Not related to medicine Label (detached from ola, found in the Archivex box) reads: "Seventeenth century Ola (MS). Charms and incantations against disease and evil spirits. Also murder charms. The cover, medallion, and cord are modern but strictly correct. Kandy, Ceylon, Oct. 10, 1925. 266A."
