The Aquarian Message is a book by Samael Aun Weor, first published in 1960. It presents an esoteric commentary on the Book of Revelation (the Apocalypse of John), explaining its symbols through Kabbalah, esoteric Christianity, alchemy, and Tarot. Drawing on what Weor describes as “tremendous esoteric investigations… in the superior worlds,” the text is structured in three parts — “The Son of Man,” “The Sealed Book,” and “The New Jerusalem” — guiding readers along a “path of the razor’s edge,” confronting apocalyptic cataclysms while offering practical methods for spiritual transformation and Christification. Weor (1917–1977), a prolific founder of the modern Universal Gnostic Movement, authored over 60 works and emphasized inner change to avoid global “final catastrophe” and death cycles. The Aquarian Message situates itself at the dawning of the astrological Age of Aquarius — he dates its start precisely to February 4, 1962 — and warns of impending planetary upheavals. Its practical, experiential approach to esoteric symbolism has had a lasting impact on students of Western mysticism seeking direct, transformative insight.
